Setting Work Goals


Setting relevant and achievable goals is a good way for Job Seekers to stay motivated and to keep on track.

Peter Drucker’s concept of SMART goals - SMART stands for ‘Specific’, ‘Measurable’, ‘Achievable’, ‘Realistic’ and ‘Time-bound’ is central to the module which explains the importance of goals and provides strategies for setting positive and manageable goals  

Throughout the module, it is suggested that the Job Seeker discuss their goals with their consultant to ensure their goals are realistic and manageable.
